Guam - 25-year-old Joseph Joaquin Palomo was picked up by cops for stealing a car from a home in Toto. According to the victim he had about $1,200 worth of items in his trunk at the time his car was stolen outside his home in mid-April. When police picked him up in the parking lot of the Tamuning Plaza Hotel, they also linked him to another burglary. Palomo allegedly stole a woman's purse while she was at church in Dededo last week. In his possession police found the victims credit cards.
