Woman alleges sexual assault by boss

Guam - A 35-year-old woman alleges she was sexually assaulted by her boss who specifically brought her to Guam for a job.  according to the victim, when she arrived on may 10th she was on a trial period to see how she worked and whether her boss liked her personality. the victim, who lived with her boss, says after a night out she wasn't feeling right about the situation. she alleges her boss said she would have to pay for her own plane ticket if she wanted to leave. later that night he allegedly came out of his room in his underwear yelling and asking her who she was talking to on the phone. 54 year old dong ill kim is then accused of forcing her into his room where he began fondling her breasts.according to court documents dong allegedly told the victim "it's your fault you stimulated me to do this". the victim said after that she had no memories of what happened the rest of the night and could not say if she was raped. when police picked him up the following day dong said "i never touched her."
