Guam gets donation of DOD's surplus flu vaccine
The Department of Defense is donating excess influenza vaccines to its pacific island partners, which includes the Guam Department of Public Health.
Guam - The Department of Defense is donating excess influenza vaccines to its pacific island partners, which includes the Guam Department of Public Health. The donation is through the U.S. Pacific Islands Vaccine Program, which is collaborative effort between DOD, Pacific Islands Health Officers Association, the U.S. Coast Guard and the airline industry. Guam's donation consisted of 1,700 doses of flu vaccines.
