FSM fugitive picked-up at airport

Guam - An FSM citizen wanted on Guam was picked up at the airport by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers. 31-year-old Vera Thogonmar was coming in off a flight from the Federated States of Micronesia when she was apprehended.

She is the subject of a Guam warrant for failure to appear in court for reckless driving and resisting arrest. According to Guam CPB Port director Steven King, arrests such as this further enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement efforts on the island.
