Plea offer rejected; trial begins in October

Guam - It looks like a deal is off the table for Marco Nelson, as he is charged with the death of his 4-year-old daughter. Nelson was highly intoxicated last year when he led police on a high speed chase slamming into a concrete pole that resulted in the death of his daughter who was improperly restrained in the backseat. 

The plea deal was rejected by the government and jury selection and trial was set for October 16.  A continued bail hearing will be held on Thursday.
