Guam - Former Ironwood Property Management partner Jason Ralston was scheduled to change his plea in court today but he was a no show.  Ralston is accused of writing out a check to himself for $23,000 that was intended for Ironwood Property Management.

The court continued the matter until May 14 and if Ralston fails to show up to that hearing, Judge Michael Bordallo indicated that he will issue a bench warrant. His attorney meanwhile is still waiting on the prosecution to deliver the final version of the plea agreement.
