Man accused of raping teen at Dededo park

Guam - A 15-year-old minor was sexually assaulted while at a Belimbines Park in Dededo over the weekend. According to court documents a woman saw the teenager crying and asked her what was wrong, she told her a man had covered her mouth, pulled his pants down and raped her.

The woman then reported the incident to the Guam Police Department. When police arrived to the park they found the suspect sleeping and appearing to be drunk.

19-year-old Jayone Robert was arrested charged with first, second and third degree criminal sexual conduct.

The incident occurred at around two o'clock in the morning Saturday.
