Guam - In court today to find out when he's supposed to go trial, a trial date wasn't set for Ray Charles Tedtaotao Camacho, who remains behind bars for kidnapping a woman outside Crown Bakery in Barrigada last year. Camacho is accused of tying up the victim and then physically and sexually assaulting her.
The Attorney General's Office already dismissed the charges against Camacho's co-defendants, Raymond Tedtaotao and Corinna Blas, who admitted to police that they used the victim's credit cards to make purchases and withdraw money.
Camacho is scheduled to appear back in court on May 13 to see if the court will set a trial date.
