Guam - Attorney General spokesperson Carlina Charfauros says a former Department of Corrections officer who was arrested for robbery was released from detention because there was insufficient evidence to charge.   31-year-old Aaron Cruz Jessop was just fired from the DepCor last week, but early Sunday morning he was arrested accused of robbing a tourist of her KMart shopping bag. When police found him, they discovered some of the victim's items purchased from KMart in his car.  He was arrested on charges of robbery, and conspiracy but as a result of a review of the case by the AG's office he was released this morning. Meanwhile, Depcor officials are not commenting why Jessop was fired last week. Authorities would only confirm his termination was related to an ongoing investigation into a hole that was discovered in the perimeter fence at the Mangilao compound in February.
