Guam - Documents initially sealed and kept private have been unsealed in a federal drug trafficking case that will go to trial this week. Portions of Drug Enforcement Administration reports were made public revealing detailed statements Eric and Macrina Tedtaotao made to federal agents about buying, trafficking and selling crystal methamphetamine.

The report states that Eric Tedtaotao admitted that he used co-defendant Bertha Moore to transport methamphetamine from the Philippines to Guam on several occasions and she would bring between 5 to 100 grams into Guam.  The couple both said they purchased the drug ice from a source only known to them as "Rodolf" and that Moore would transport the drugs into Guam.

Eric also admitted that he sent a package containing $4,000 cash to a California address to purchase 20 grams of the drug Ice.  The reports also state that Macrina admitted to trafficking meth beginning in 2011 and explained that Moore - who remains a fugitive from authorities - carried the drugs on her body concealed in condoms.  Macrina added that Moore, her relative, would help sell the drugs and would be paid with drugs and that they would get about $24,000 for the sale of 40 grams of meth.

The report also states that she used the drug proceeds to pay bills, eat out, to buy a Lexus and for entertainment.  Macrina also told authorities that Moore sold the drugs to customers at the Ordot Gameroom. Court documents also said that Tedtaotao told authorities that Moore's boyfriend, Darryl Ong, helped her sell the meth.

Bertha Lee Moore is wanted on an arrest warrant.

She along with the Tedtaotao couple is charged with conspiracy to unlawfully import, possess and intent to distribute methamphetamine hydrocholoride.

Anyone with information about Moore's whereabouts is asked to contact Deputy U.S. Marshal Marc Patricio at 477-STAR (7827). All information will remain strictly confidential.

Eric and Macrina Tedtaotao meanwhile are set to go to trial beginning on Wednesday in the District Court.
