Guam - Three people were arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred Tuesday afternoon at San Jose Mart. Police were following leads of the suspect vehicle and patrol officers located the car on Canada/Toto Road in Barrigada.

GPD Spokesperson Officer Paul Tapao says a traffic stop was then conducted along Roy T. Damian Street and the occupants were taken to Hagatna Precinct for interviews relative to the robbery at San Jose Mart. Through the investigation police determined that an item belonging to the victim was located on one of the suspects.

Arrested in the case were the following:

#1) BRIAN KEVIN CRUZ (M/CHAMORRO 24YRS.)

ROBBERY; CONSPIRACY; CRIMINAL FACILITATION; FAMILY VIOLENCE; CHILD ABUSE

#2)ANTHONY JAMES FEJERAN (M/CHAMORRO 30YRS.)

ROBBERY; AGGRAVATED ASSAULT; CONSPIRICY TO COMMIT ROBBERY; CHILD ABUSE

#3) DANIELLE MARIE BAZA (F/CHAMORRO 24YRS.)

ROBBERY; CONSPIRACY; GUILT ESTABLISHED BY COMPLICITY; CRIMINAL FACILITATION; FAMILY VIOLENCE; CHILD ABUSE; THEFT BY RECEIVING; TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE

Officer Tapao says during the course of the robbery it was determined that there were six kids all under the age of 3 who were in the vehicle. None of the kids were in proper child restraints. Child Protective Services was contacted and the kids were later relinquished to their
