Rear Admiral Gumataotao named regional commander

Guam native, Rear Admiral Lower Half Peter Gumataotao is on the move again. Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus and chief of naval operations Jonathan Greenert selected Gumataotao to be the new commander of Naval Surface Force Atlantic in Norfolk, Virginia.
