Guam - Guam Homeland Security has a new advisor today as Governor Eddie Calvo appointed Ambrosio Constantino, Jr. to the post. Constantino replaces Guam Customs and Quarantine director Pedro Leon Guerrero, who has served dual roles since August of last year.

According to a release, Constantino served as an anti-terrorism program manager for the Guam National Guard and was a commissioned Army officer stationed twice in Korea and Washington State and was also deployed to Operation Desert Storm. During his tenure in the Guam National Guard, he served as brigade executive officer/intelligence officer and the executive officer/intelligence officer during Operation Balikatan in the Philippines.
