That's as Governor Eddie Calvo ordered the release of another $20 million in tax refunds. according to a release from the Governor's Office this afternoon, rev and tax will print the checks tonight and the department of administration will process the checks and mail them on Wednesday, May 1.
This payment will cover all A-status refunds filed through February 22 accounting for nearly 7,000 checks.
Inclusive of this latest distribution, that brings over $70 million the Calvo Administration has released since the fiscal year started in October last year.
