Guam - Paradise is just around the corner yet again, as TRI, Inc. held a groundbreaking for Guam's newest residential community, Paradise Meadows in Yigo. The development will consist of 101 simple single-family homes which include three bedrooms, two-baths, a two-car garage and 1,400 square feet of living area.

The subdivision's marketing director and principal broker, Christopher Murphy, says the development raises the bar in meeting the housing needs of our community. "Our first and foremost priority in building Paradise Meadows is to provide local families with the opportunity to join in the American dream of homeownership, and coupled with the continued low interest rate environment and the availability of 100 percent first time loans and grants available to borrowers today, Paradise Meadows provides an exceptional value and is in reach of most homeowners on Guam," he said.

Paradise Meadows is located one mile from Andersen Air Force Base with houses starting at $280,000. The phone phase of homes should be completed by the end of this year.
