Pay-Less breaks ground for Sumay supermarket

Guam - Southern residents of Guam will not have to wait much longer or spend a fortune in gas to do quality grocery shopping. Pay-Less Markets broke ground earlier today in Sumay just after the Apra Mobil gas station on Route 5.
The new Sumay Pay-Less will be the 8th location in the chain of markets and will service residents from Agat, Santa Rita, Talafofo, Umatac and Merizo. The 12,000 square foot store will offer over 20,000 assorted items, provide 340 feet of fresh produce, dairy, meat, and seafood, in addition to a rotisserie and water station.
Scheduled to open in October, Pay-Less Markets is excited to be apart of Guam's southern community, planting roots in what was once the hub of commerce, trade, travel and employment before the war.
