Funding for Guam in President’s Budget Request

President Barack Obama has submitted his proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2014.

Guam - President Barack Obama has submitted his proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2014.  According to Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo the President's proposal includes significant investments in funding to develop Guam as a strategic hub in the Asia-Pacific region. The proposal includes almost a half billion dollars in military construction funding.
