Guam - A 20-year-old woman who was on pre-trial release in a vehicular homicide case is back behind bars - this time for another alcohol-fueled alleged crime.  Majesty Relech was arrested by police on Tuesday night on charges of family violence, criminal mischief, and reckless conduct.  She's accused of being in a drunken rage and becoming combative at her home.

Relech was just arrested in October of last year for the death of her friend, 22-year-old Narinta Lee.  Relech was highly intoxicated when she lost control of her car and slammed into a concrete pole.

She was on release awaiting trial in that case.
