Guam - Former governor Carl Gutierrez and Senator Frank Aguon, Jr. would like their lawsuit filed in the District Court of Guam dismissed. You may recall the two, who unsuccessfully ran for governor and lieutenant governor in 2010, challenged the results alleging the general election was rife with discrepancies.

Aguon had backed out of the litigation last year, which then presented a conflict for their attorney, David Lujan, who also walked away from the case. The federal case appears to be following in the same footsteps as the parties have filed stipulations to dismiss the litigation.
