Guam - The Guam Humanities Council's "Eat Your Heritage" event is back to educate islanders on the importance in engaging in values, ideas, and actions central to future sustainability. "So we work with non-profits we work with farmers we work with chefs to really think about everything that we do as entire food system, so from the ground to our plates to the wastes that come from that how everyone can communicate together."

A gala interpretive dinner featuring Chamorro/Hawaiian fusion is set for Saturday, April 6 at the Hyatt Regency Guam. Chef Noguchi will be joined by local award-winning Chefs Peter Duenas, Mirko Agostini, Paul Kerner, and Christopher Aguon. Tickets are $150 per person.
