Christopher Gebhart faces 5-to-23 years in prison

Guam - Christopher Gebhart faces five to 23 years in prison. He pleaded guilty this morning in the superior court to manslaughter as a first degree felony or a lesser related charge to aggravated murder, and child abuse as a third degree felony. Additionally he faces a maximum $15,000 fine. It was in 2009 Gebhart along with Sharika Pangelinan were charged with the death of a toddler who died from shaken baby syndrome. Sharika is scheduled to change her plea to guilty on April 16th. Meanwhile sentencing for Gebhart is set for June 18.
