Guam - Commanding officer of Naval Base Guam Captain Mike Ward signed a proclamation declaring Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The declaration provides commands and installation an opportunity to highlight Department of Defense and service policies addressing sexual assault prevention and response. Acting Governor Ray Tenorio signed a similar proclamation Monday.
