Dededo men jailed for credit card fraud
Guam - Two Dededo men are behind bars, accused of racking up $10,000 worth of items on stolen credit cards. A man reported that he misplaced his wallet while shopping at the Guam Premier Outlets. When he cancelled his credit cards, he noticed numerous purchases at different businesses that he didn't make.
Police executed a search warrant at a home on Hikamas Street in Dededo. They arrested 21-year-old Jeremy Allen Evaristo and 33-year-old Roke Mendiola Quintanilla on 15 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, criminal impersonation, conspiracy, and guilt established by complicity.
Police were also able to recover several thousand dollars worth of items that were purchased with the victim's credit cards.
