Police search for armed robbery suspect

Police are looking for a man who robbed the cashier at the Route 1 Gameroom<br />

Guam - Police are looking for a man who robbed the cashier at the Route 1 Gameroom.  Officers responded to the Tamuning establishment just after six o'clock Thursday evening.  

GPD Spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia says the man entered the gameroom and played on the Royal Ascot machine for about ten minutes. He then approached the cashier booth where he reportedly pulled out a knife and demanded money.  The cashier was directed to stay in the bathroom and threatened to be harmed if she came out. 

The suspect is described as being possibly Micronesian standing 5'8" with a slim build. He was last sern wearing a white tshirt, black jeans,a black cap and a bandage on his face.  Police are asking for the public's help in locating the suspect.  Anyone with information is asked to call GPD at 475-8617 or Guam Crimestoppers at 477-HELP or by texting 688-STOP.
