Guam - The Attorney General's Office has offered a plea deal to Kyle Indalecio Camacho, but it hasn't been accepted yet.  Camacho is charged with kidnapping a woman from a mall back in January. He was on parole when he was arrested for a 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct conviction. 

During a hearing today, the court was advised that a plea offer was made but Camacho was scheduled to meet with the AG's Office this afternoon to discuss the proposed deal. 

The court set another criminal trial setting for April 3 and if a plea hasn't been signed, the court will set the matter for trial.
