Guam - Elizabeth Borja and Joe Agulto were picked up by law enforcement authorities today and are now being held behind bars on $50,000 cash bail. The two were charged along with Brian Perez and Patrick Peckich in relation to last Friday's drug bust on West Espiritu Street in Tamuning. The two appeared before Presiding Judge Alberto Lamorena this afternoon.

The four are accused of selling crystal methamphetamine and manufacturing the drug Ice. A preliminary examination is scheduled for April 5.

Today the Attorney General's Office asked the court to ensure additional security for Borja while she is behind bars as they have reason to believe her life is in danger.

A fifth defendant, Chris Gatan, is also being held behind bars. He allegedly lives at the Tamuning home where authorities found pseudoephedrine and other items associated with manufacturing Ice.
