Guam - The Civil Service Commission is meeting this evening to hear the case of a terminated Port Authority of Guam worker who believes he was improperly fired. Kevin Susuico was hired as an Accountant II, but it was determined he did not meet the minimum qualifications for the position.

The hiring of Susuico and three others hired at the port last year were deemed null-and-void. The four contend they are full-fledged classified employees because they continued to perform after the probationary period and received evaluations attesting to their performance on the job.
