Guam - Four people have been implicated with a drug operation that was uncovered on Friday in Tamuning. Brian Perez and Patrick Paul Peckich were arrested in connection with a search warrant at their homes on Dungca Street in Tamuning early Friday. Inside officers found crystal methamphetamine paraphernalia and various chemicals believed to be used to manufacture the drug Ice.
Both are being held on $50,000 cash bail. According to the magistrate's complaint, authorities conducted two controlled buys at the Perez home that led to the search at the home. The drug buys allegedly involved two other named co-defendants, Elizabeth Borja and Joe Agulto, who have warrants out for their arrests. Both Perez and Peckich were interviewed and allegedly admitted to selling the drug ice from their residence near a bus stop and in a designated drug-free school zone.
Both have been charged with possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance.
