Guam - While the Guam Waterworks Authority isn't saying much about the three human resource cases that stemmed from last Friday's coordinated drug sweep, a GWA worker was magistrated in the Superior Court of Guam today. Jesse Joseph Wusstig Cruz is charged with possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
According to court documents, drug detector dogs alerted to Cruz's personal locker. Inside, officers found a glass pipe with crystal methamphetamine residue. Court documents indicate that Cruz acknowledged that the pipe was his.
