TSA Guam continues to operate as scheduled
Wait times at the A.B. Won Pat International Airport have remained largely unaffected
Air travelers across the United States are dealing with long Transportation Security Administration lines as staffing shortages continue during the partial government shutdown. ICE agents have been deployed to more than a dozen airports to assist with security operations.
But here on Guam, officials say things remain stable. Guam International Airport Authority marketing administrator Rolenda Faasuamalie says TSA Guam continues to operate as scheduled, despite personnel not being paid. So far, wait times at the A.B. Won Pat International Airport have remained largely unaffected.
