Chinese Chamber of Commerce elects new board

The Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Guam elected its new board of directors during its annual membership meeting.

Guam - The Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Guam elected its new board of directors during its annual membership meeting.  Seventeen new directors were elected and certified by the CCCG election committee on March 1, 2013.  The new board met last week and unanimously voted in Quality Distributors president George Lai as president of the CCCG for the third term. 

Others officers who were sworn-in were:

 

  • Albert Wu, executive vice president
  • Benson Au-Yeung, vice president
  • Cencio Tan C. Vy, vice president
  • Jack Chan, vice president
  • Alfred Lam, executive committee chairman
  • Fong Wu, secretary general
  • Richard Lai, vice secretary general
  • Peter Chui, treasurer

 

Non-officer elected board members were also named: Attorney Fred Horecky, Gary Sung, Mark Zhao, Victor Zhou, Linda Tung, Ronald Young, Xialoing Tao, and William Li

Various committee chairs were also appointed by the president for the 2013-2015 term.
