The Guam Preservation Trust has received a clean audit from the Guam Office of Public Accountability.  Auditors noted the agency closed Fiscal year 2015 with a significant decrease in revenues and an increase in expenditures.  The decrease was attributed in part to a decrease in building permit fees.

Expenditures increased as a result of restoration projects such as the Guam Congress Building, FQ Sanchez Elementary and the Plaza de Espana.

Auditors meanwhile found no material weaknesses or significant deficiencies.
