Police officer in Blue House Lounge case to plead guilty

Guam - Police Officer Mario Laxamana is scheduled to change his plea to guilty this morning before Superior Court Judge Anita Sukola. Details about the plea agreement have not yet been disclosed.

Laxamana is charged with two other Guam Police Department officers - David Q. Manila and Anthony Quenga - along with former Blue House Lounge owner Song Ja Cha for alleged prostitution and other crimes related to the former Upper Tumon brothel. Officer Laxamana had previously pleaded not guilty to numerous charges contained in a superceding indictment.
