Rev & Tax is operating with adjusted services amid system issues
The Department of Revenue and Taxation is currently operating with adjusted services due to a temporary system issue, impacting several transactions.
DRT says its tax and licensing system is experiencing technical difficulties, limiting operations across multiple areas including business tax, licensing, income tax processing, driver’s license services, and vehicle registration.
Officials say taxpayers can still file returns and make payments in person, but processing and refunds will resume once full system functionality is restored. Driver’s license and Guam ID services are temporarily unavailable, and those with appointments are encouraged to contact DRT to reschedule.
Meanwhile, vehicle registration services remain available in person at the department of public works compound, while real property tax payments are being accepted both in person and online. Online services are currently unavailable.
DRT adds that several branches, including compliance and the U.S. passport office, remain fully operational as work continues to restore full services.
