Guam - A comprehensive psychological evaluation has been conducted on Chad Ryan Desoto, who remains behind bars for killing three people and injuring eleven others. Department of Corrections officials confirm Desoto underwent the examination last Thursday.

The report is not public and will be reviewed by the judge in the case. Desoto pleaded not guilty by reason of mental illness, defect or disease. The 21-year-old is accused of speeding onto the sidewalk in Tumon last month hitting six pedestrians and then crashing into the ABC Store, getting out and stabbing eight people.

Desoto is expected to appear back in court to find out when he will go to trial on March 20.
