The Department of Revenue & Taxation is operating with adjusted services following a temporary issue with its tax and licensing system.

While the agency works to restore full functionality, several services are limited or unavailable. Driver’s license and Guam ID services are temporarily down, and online platforms including www.guamtax.com and www.myguamtax.com are not accessible.

Taxpayers can still file income taxes and make payments in person. However, processing of returns and refunds is on hold until systems are restored.

Vehicle registration remains open for in-person transactions at the Department of Public Works compound in Tamuning, while business license services are currently limited to application intake only.

Officials advise caution when making property tax payments online due to possible display errors that may show incorrect balances.

Rev & Tax says updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
