Guam - Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz and four of his staffers all underwent drug testing on Thursday and have the results to prove they tested negative for any drugs.  Cruz and his staff volunteered to take the tests following last week's arrest of research analyst Chris Carillo on drug charges.

The vice speaker says he wanted to assure law enforcement agencies that are under his legislative authority that they can provide him with confidential and sensitive information without being apprehensive about doing so.

Cruz paid for the tests and says he submitted the official results to the speaker's office.
