DYA escapees still missing

Guam - Two Department of Youth Affairs clients continue to elude authorities.  They escaped on Tuesday evening and have yet to be located.  KUAM News has confirmed that the teens managed to rip a reinforced ventilation panel in the ceiling of their shower giving them access to the roof. 

One teen is in custody for stealing a car while the other was arrested for theft by receiving.
