Guam - Some changes to report if you are traveling to or from the island's military installations starting next Monday through the 15th, motorists traveling to Andersen Air Force Base may expect delays due to an operational readiness training.

Chief Public Affairs Officer, Captain Chris Hoyler said, "There won't be any impacts as a far as the gates closing or anything but there may be more increased traffic on base there may be some times when people experience a little bit longer waits at costumer service areas."

Meanwhile as of today traveling through the back gate to Andersen Air Force Base is limited. According to the Public Affairs Office, the back gate is open to inbound traffic only from 6am-2pm and outbound traffic only from 2pm-6pm. This schedule will remain in effect until further notice and is a result of a vehicle crash.
