Detainee accused of assaulting DOC officer

A detainee with a history of assaulting officers evidently did it again.

Guam - A detainee with a history of assaulting officers evidently did it again. According to Department of Corrections spokesperson Lieutenant Antone Aguon, a detainee who was exercising got so upset when he was told to move from an authorized area he swung and punched the officer in the head.

The officer was taken to the Guam Memorial Hospital as a precaution. The detainee, Ernest Enson, was re-arrested and charged.

About a year ago Enson assaulted another officer after failing to comply with instructions.
