Guam - An accused child molester is scheduled to appear in court for an extradition hearing next month as the local government attempts to have him transferred to the custody of New Mexico. Christopher Woodrome appeared in the Superior Court of Guam on Wednesday. The government confirmed that they were in receipt of the governor's warrant.

An extradition hearing will be held on March 13 and the government is hopeful that following that hearing, there will be an order for the transfer of custody to New Mexico. Woodrome was picked up for a second time after fleeing the mainland for a second time.

He is accused of sexually assaulting a female minor repeatedly for two years and is waiting for trial.
