Guam - Two members of the military have been indicted by a federal grand jury accused of receiving overseas housing allowance funds that they were not entitled to.  Napoleon Medina and Kenneth Pablo have been charged in separate indictments with theft of government property and making a fraudulent claim against the United States.

According to court documents, Medina allegedly received more than $16,000 from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service from February to July of last year.  Medina allegedly claimed he was paying monthly rent to his father and submitted a false real estate lease to substantiate the bogus claim.

Pablo meanwhile is accused of receiving more than $80,000 from February 2010 to April 2012.  The indictment alleges that Pablo claimed he was paying monthly rent to his brother and submitted a false real estate lease as well.
