UOG plans sociology fair

Guam - University of Guam students are invited to the Sociology Fairaffair on Thursday, Feburary 28 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Dean's Work Room in the Humanities and Social Sciences Building. The event seeks to raise awareness on the potentials of sociology.

Sociology professor Todd Ames says "sociology is a fascinating field of study which provides a very marketable degree for our students." He adds that recent graduates have landed jobs as legislative researchers, aids for local senators, and managers for large international hotels and local homeless shelters.
