Guam - If your company stores chemicals, you may need to report them to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency by Friday. According to agency spokesperson Tammy Jo Anderson Taft, Tier II regulations requires companies submit this information or face fines up to $10,000.
Taft says should there be an emergency at the company's facility, first responders would be informed and better address the situation.
