Guam - The Civil Service Commission is expected this week to sign off on a judgment affirming the dismissal of a whistleblower complaint that was filed by Police Captain Paul Suba. A year ago Suba filed a complaint with the Commission, alleging mismanagement in the police department and detailing alleged unbecoming conduct of several officers.

The CSC's board had authorized an investigation into the complaints, but Suba later decided to withdraw his complaint.

The board is expected to sign the order of dismissal during a meeting later this week.
