Guam - Two men who are charged in a brutal beating case have signed plea agreements.  Daniel and Michael Rosal, Jr. were charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault for beating Cameron Masnayon back in March of last year.  Masnayon had extensive head trauma and underwent multiple surgeries and physical therapy.

Daniel pleaded guilty to assault as a misdemeanor in exchange for a sentence of no more than one year with credit for time served.  Michael pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated assault as a second degree felony in exchange for a reduced sentence of between 3 and 7 years behind bars followed by three years parole, 100 hours of community and restitution.

The plea agreement also requires the men to stay away from Masnayon and have no contact with him.  The Rosals are scheduled to be sentenced in May and June.
