Crystal meth stopped from hitting Guam's streets
Customs officers were able to stop more than 40 grams of crystal methamphetamine from making it on the streets.
Guam - Customs officers were able to stop more than 40 grams of crystal methamphetamine from making it on the streets. Officers found the drugs inside a DHL package and replaced the meth with a sham substance and a tracking device.
According to court documents, Luis Joseph Villagomez told police he had been asked by Peter Anthony Aflague Camacho to use his address for the delivery of a gift. In exchange, Villagomez was promised a car. Villagomez said he and Paulino Tinoso, Jr. found the tracking device and threw it out and tried to smoke the sham.
The three men were arrested and charged with importation of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, conspiracy, and possession with the intent to deliver.
