Guam - Emmanuel Cepeda underwent a psychological evaluation today. The evaluation prevented him from appearing in court for today's scheduled criminal trial setting. Cepeda is currently being held on $1 million cash bail for the murder of his estranged wife, Emma Catapang Cepeda.
He was expected to find out when he will go to trial for an incident that occurred last October, when he allegedly physically assaulted Emma and threatened to kill her.
The court rescheduled the hearing until March 20.
