Man charged for daughter's death to plead guilty

Guam - Charged with the death of his 4-year old-daughter, Marco Nelson is scheduled to plead guilty. Nelson is being held on $100,000 cash bail after leading police on a highspeed chase last year that resulted in him slamming into a concrete utility pole. His daughter was found improperly restrained in the back seat. 

She died of injuries sustained in the crash. Nelson was highly intoxicated at the time.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled for March 12.
