Guam - While six former Port Authority of Guam employees fight to get their jobs back as they believe they were wrongfully terminated, KUAM News has learned that a seventh employee was served a notice of adverse action relative to the investigation that was launched last year by the agency.  The employees were accused of conspiring to commit theft and fraud to cover up workers compensation benefits and leave that were given to Bernadette Stern Meno, who reported that she slipped and fell in the port bathroom.

The former employees contend they did nothing wrong and should get their jobs back.

Port board chair Dan Tydingco couldn't comment on the recent action because it is a personnel matter.
